Why have I been charged tkts for free scenes?

No rest for the ass videos claim to be free but then I noticed my tkts suddenly very low. Never was I asked to exchange 1 tkt for scene but it charged me for all these old mediocre quality vids had I known they weren't free like they said they were I never would have bothered.
