I wouldn't blame the girls. I would put majority of the blame on the studios. The girls are doing what they are paid to do.

The goal of the studio is to produce the scene for as little as possible. This is where the art of illusion comes in. If they can "illusion it" they get to pay the girl less, and still charge hefty price for the scene.
So some people will voice their frustrations on the forum.. fuck them, not like they can get the tickets back.

Yup this is exactly what is happening. Or a small swallow and then immediatly the tag "piss drinking slut" is applied.
