Do DAP (and DVP) need warm-up LP scenes really?

Now all is individual of course.
But generally 2 dicks in the same orifice will be new and demanding for every porn girl, especially rookies.
And of course I want girls to stay as long as possible! My role model reference therefore is my current porn-"love" Kira Thorn. She started about this time of Summer 3 years ago going straight to DAP for GIO and has performed in over 60 LP scenes so far.

Its just two examples where it absolutely didnt pay for LP to take any kind of step-to-step approach, but rather trust their Russian roots and take the most demanding act first, while diversifying later once its clear the girl stays in biz for a good while.

Now the core argument against an early DAP/DVP approach I always hear is such demanding acts would shy models away and leave LP with 2nd choice models only. Again nothing more wrong thinking of Kira and Lina! They're beautiful, they're young, their are talented and passionate on set. They may be exceptional, but there are Dozens of highly attractive girls who started where their US peers end and had great and long careers based on anal-friendly LP. And girls not willing to perform anal just dont really call at LP, because they know its not for them.

How do others feel about this?
Do you prefer straight into DAP/DVP or rather a 3 scene step starting with 1on1 anal, 3on1 DP, and than 4+on1 DAP and/or DVPbreakin'?
Or even waiting for 1-2 years and past 20+ LP scenes until 1st DAP/DVP like its often done in the US?

Model page shows me that slow step-by-step is an approach that doesn't pay for LP.

The LP can record with very beautiful and great stars! It's impressive! It makes you want to buy all the scenes, unlike other sites,That only in some scenes have interesting female models.

In my opinion they should value female models more, starting with lighter scenes and then getting more hardcore(Not necessarily this combination that you suggested for all models, but similarly ... No DAP is required in the first scene of the model). The first scenes must be a showcase for the next scenes.

If possible creating storylines for the scenes, This would create a high public expectation to see what the model would be able to do in the next scenes.
