If you remember I was cancelled from my free ticket subscription when my credit card was cancelled. Although I replaced it days before the rollover date and I asked you to reinstate the subscription I found on rollover day that it wasn't reinstated. However when I clicked the Join button, the splash screen for the new sub said I would have free tickets but I now I see I am not getting them any more. Now I'm a member again I can't get the splash screen back to check exactly what it said but it definitely said something about access to Free Tickets.

Can you clarify this please?
