why is this not common in every other scene I feel scenes are visually boring if it doesn't look like this

Standing DP is quite difficult for many girls. Also depends on her weight a bit of course.

Side by side rcdp and all other same side by side acts are difficult to stage, also you need enough studs, having 4 studs in 2 girl scene means more investment and more troubles on set.
