New scenes not available

It´s 50 minutes after the usual time when the vids are uploaded , but still nothing ...
The last time that happened was some months ago .
Is this on purpose ?

And if yes , why tease with the preview pics 5 minutes before the usual time , if the vid will not be working for almost 1 hour ?

Think there are major problems. I cannot even play my purchased videos in pb.
No reply from support yet to my email yesterday.

This is really bad management !

No one from the support is there at the time when most of the users download the new movies .

I am interested in Megan Venturi´s 3on1 , maybe I would purchase the scene if the trailer shows the right things , but ....
