Video file not found: I can't watch/download videos I bought

Hello everyone, I just bought this videos:

GIO185 - Balls Deep with July Sun and Olivia Devine (1st TP). ATOM/HugeGapes/BallDeepDapDP/Dap+Pussy/AnalFisting/Spitting

SZ1870 - Ria Sunn takes balls deep anal fucking with DP, DAP & pee

When I try to watch them I can see the trailers and nothing more (no video in any size, no Behind The Scene)
It says: "html5: video file not found"

I tried to refresh many times, but it didn't do anything.
Is it possible to retrieve them?

I was having this issue last night too. Could view the scenes but they kept stalling/crashing and I would frequently get that same error message and have to bail.

Similar issues with downloading too. Speed would often drop off and die. I did manage to d/l 2 scenes but this was in amongst about 10 more failing. Tried d/ling 1 this morning and similarly got halfway and then failed.

Had a feeling it might be my PC but sounds like site issues?

I have the same problems since today. Actually I'm not able to play or download purchased clips over the Pornbox..
I hope the support staff or IT will find a solution for it soon.

Hi, I have the same error when I try to download or stream the piss drinking video with the Dellai twins (SZ2035)
Others work fine (IV278 & GIO968 work well...)
Hope there will be a solution, because the SZ2035 is one of my favorite videos I'd really like to download
