Membership not showing up

Hi, just noticed that my membership is not showing up where it says membership. Normally it lets me know how many days I have left but I do not see it. Just wanna make sure my membership is still active and still getting the free tickets.

Your recurring has failed, so you do not have an active membership at the moment.

Please purchase a new one, and let me know (via support ticket would be the best) once you do that.
