At that time a new member could get 3 months (120 tickets) for about £48, yet a reload had gone from being discounted to being even more expensive (£51).

Now I have had a look and a reload today will now cost me £58!!!! A couple of months ago I reloaded for £34 and now it is £58. This is beyond what I am prepared to spend and it is very insulting to charge regular, time served, customers - your regulars - a premium over what you are charging new customers.

It is certainly now past the tipping point for me (I won't renew again at these levels and whilst reloading costs more than new memberships) and if I am not prepared to pay that much you can bet your boots a whole lot of others won't either.
