Why am I not getting free ticket (s)?

I have been a member since 2016. I hired a few days service and my daily free tickets are not showing up.

There was a change about free tickets. You received more premium tickets, but we are not distributing free tickets anymore for new memberships.

I am not a new member. I have been a member since the year 2016. I still have free tickets. I paid another 3 months knowing I had free tickets. No one informed me that I would not have any more free ticks. Repeating I still have free tickets because I am a member for 2 years.

It does not matter. If you purchased membership after August 1st or discontinued the recurring then you have more premium tickets and no free tickets.

LP sent me a message saying I had cancelled membership at Nov 21st - which I didnt do!
On Nov 25th they charged my credit card like usually after 3mt without cancelling.
I have membership for over 2 years and never cancelled!

But still no free tickets allocated.

WTF, thanks to Kapouns intervention I am on my old membership plan again, ie. 40 premium tkts monthly, but dont get my free tkts allocated daily.
Already 9 missing.

The site has canceled my subscription. Then I had a problem with my credit card (today resolved) to renew my subscription.

But the free tickets are no longer attributed to me. (i'm a veteran member)

With my credit card they had no problem before, but now as xxx wants to terminate free tkts they suddenly got one it seems.

You bought the new membership without free TKTs.

All purchases of membership after August 1st 2018 come without free TKTs.

Looks a bit like a plan to kick old members still receiving free tickets out of that plan. Or whats the matter?

How am I supposed to get free scenes / tickets now? The only ways I see is to pay roughly 5 bucks for an very old single scene or 25 for all scenes from that month including many scenes I already own. Seems real stupid and the use of the word 'free' is kinda sarcastic.

When you own the scenes from that month, the cost will go down accordingly.

Also if you are a member, you get access to old scenes for free. No tickets needed.

There are many scenes that still require 1 to 5 free tickets. Like this one for example: sz793
Maybe it is possible to pay for them with premium tickets instead. I haven`t tired out yet. Would still be a joke for so called free stuff.

I've used up my remaining few free tickets just to see what happens. Now the free ticket scenes are treated like normal premium scenes in' my pornbox'. Seems like I can buy them with premium tickets. Still haven't tried that yet thou.
So it is not as bad as I first thought but it still seems like a massive price increase for many old scenes which aren't even 4K, some maybe not even 1920p. Can't say I'm happy about it but at least it is not as bad as I first thought.
