It looks like they are already changing(scheming?) the system by making some scenes over 2 years old now needing premium tickets to buy, even though I have not cancelled my membership and still accrue free tickets!

Scene Katie Montana & Maria Devine anal & DP foursome RS177 was released in June 2016 and was showing in my pornbox as needing 5 free tickets to buy a few days ago, and when you search for the scene on LP it also shows 5 free tickets. But now in my pornbox it says I need 5 premium tickets to buy? What the hell? Are free tickets now useless even for people who did not cancel? What is the point of letting people who have not cancelled accrue free tickets if you are changing free ticket scenes to premium ticket scenes that are over 2 years old?

That happened to me also. But it stopped when I contacted support complaining about it. No one responded but I assume it was fixed as it now back to free tickets. It was like maybe a week ago or so.

Petr in support got back to me finally. He said if you don't have enough free tickets for the free scene it will pop up with the exchange for premium tickets. Not sure if you have enough free tickets for that particular scene or not, but if you don't that could be it.

I've got about 1400 free tickets and I'm not going to use them anyway. Can I trade them in for 20% more of "real" tickets?

Would LP allow members to exchange premium tickets for free tickets between members? Dudemeister has 1400 free tickets, I'd be up to exchanging like 40 premium for like 200 free tickets? Would LP be willing to work with members to allow this exchange to happen?

Actually, that might be it. I have 4 free tickets left and those are all above that in free tickets. The first time I mentioned the issue a couple days ago for RS177 it was actually an issue they corrected since I had 11 free tickets at the time. Makes more sense now. LP should pay you some tickets for support, or let you do the exchange you are proposing since you respond faster than they do!! Thanks for the info.

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm trying to help you out by suggesting a way you might be able to get rid of the free tickets (which you obviously want to do) and also benefit the paying members a bit in the process. I'm not sure it's taking any money away from you as for that to be the case you would have to assume that the members would have paid for the bonus tickets had you not given them as a bonus. Some might but some might not and just spend them as a nice surprise gift, whilst of course then likely feeling a sense of goodwill to LP and potentially staying as members longer. Win-win for all concerned.

Don't forget I also suggested you actually convert some free scenes to 1 or 1.5 proper tickets also, which would potentially bring you in extra cash (as long as the scenes were popular enough).

I mean, it's no skin off my nose what you do and how you do it and I'm certainly not angling for free proper tickets as I'm a reasonably happy member just now. I'm just kind of thinking what I might do if I were in your shoes.

Just looking at my above post in conjunction with some other posts, I can see that my exchange rate might be a bit low in some cases. I mean, 1400 free tickets! WTF! So yeah, I get that giving a real ticket for every 5 or 10 in that case is effectively like giving someone a free membership for 6 months or something.

I mean, even 1 proper ticket for 100 free tickets might be acceptable. I would take it. You can effectively set the rules as they were your free tickets. It just needs you to have a think about the most suitable exchange rate basically.

As a member who has bought LP scenes from long before it was even called LegalPorno the free tickets have been of little reward as I buy the scenes I like as they come along. This is why I have 1426 now (though some of the last Sineplex scenes will be available soon for free tickets and I plan to get them).
The tickets benefitted more members who came along later and allowed them to purchase some of the huge back catalogue.

BTW what WOULD be a nice idea is 1080p versions available for older scenes only available in 720p on a "remastered" line, with upgrades available for 1 free ticket for those who already have bought the original!

I was long at odds with SOS because of his pussy friendly porn approach and didn't get many of his old Sineplex scenes, even some Goldie. Now I still mind that too vanilla approach at times, but when a former 5tkt scene is available for 5 free tkts now, I shall get them. I mean some of these scenes are really cult now, and the girls were really so beautiful.

I avoided buying his scenes because he screwed up the picture quality on many of them when he went to Mexico and disguised it in the trailers with special effects. I got burnt on a couple of scenes paying 5 tickets for something I just deleted immediately. After that i stopped risking my tickets.

FREE TKTs have devaluated over time. The scene which was originally 2.5 TKTs is now for 5 free TKTs whereas there used to be superb scenes for 1 FREE TKT. What a fcukin bullshit. Unofficially for me LP is a dead project from summer 2018 and was dying since 2017. I'm not going to renew my membership no more.
My prediction is the only surviver will be Giorgio until LP will keep paying him, but I think his movies will be "adjusted" to xxx plans.

I just upgraded mine and got 4 extra premium tickets straight away so kudos to LP for this. Will defo renew next time by way of thanks (quite possibly would have done anyway but obviously dependent on new scenes etc.)

I still have 200+ free tix I'd prefer to covert into even a small-ish number of proper tickets if possible but if not no issues. I think in general this is a good idea - tidy things up, keep it a lot more simple.

I just rejoined to see this shit. LP's greed is ever growing. Do members who had signed up before august 1. now permanently receive more premium tickets (if they choose not to get free tickets) than members that have joined after this date? I'm certainly going to miss those free tickets and i'm pretty sure that i've spent more money on this site than a lot of members that have joined before this date. It really doesn't seem fair. This is already one the most expensive pornsites on the net. I can't help but wonder how much money they are losing to piracy because of these increasing costs...

If so I will stop reloading and try and run two consecutive accounts. It doesn't make sense to reload if you are getting a worse deal each time.

I love LP for the content but the business side doesn't seem to care about customer retention/loyalty right now.

This is right. Of all the measures these are the ones that penalise those who spend the most on this site. We are not the people who moan and complain and never buy scenes or only buy one scene every month, we are the ones who are spending over 40 tickets a month, often a lot more.
It makes no sense for xxx to try and dissuade me from spendng more money on reloading tickets. Is he secretly my bank manager concerned about my balance and I don't realise?

I have a 3-month membership but only get a 75 tix reload. None of the support people know why. Very frustrating as I had briefly a 2-month membership and before that used to get 120 tix reloads as I had 3 month membership before. Also, membership now really offers little. Used to get free tix scenes after 1.5 yrs but now its 2. Used to get free scenes like NoRest scenes and First Gape. Plus the fact that tix are given monthly even though you paid up front makes it annoying. I can see why people just did the reloads.

The reloads are always on top of a membership, though. You still have to have the membership drip-feeding so many tickets each month.
You can't have the reloads without the membership, nor can you reload without less than 10 tickets so it doesn't make any sense.
I will just work out how to create a second membership and not bother with reloads, then everyone will be happy.

^Let warn you against that because it is going to take so much work not to buy the same scene twice. Remember your different accounts are not going to share purchase history. The only scheme I thought of is buying Giorgio scenes with one account and Luis scenes with the other but what if I run out of tickets one account but still have scenes to purchase but the other account has a bunch of tickets remaining? Why do we have to go through all this hassle to spend money.

Not sure if I'm missing something here but aren't people being a little ungrateful? LP are giving 20% more tickets with memberships and all they've done on the down side is removed free tickets moving forward. That seems like a good deal to me. They're not obliged to also give 20% more tickets for reloads. That's like saying because the restaurant gave you a discount on the food they have to give you a discount on your drinks as well. You got a discount!

I reloaded the other day and didn't expect any more tickets (I recently upgraded my account so got a few for that) and my membership renews in a few days. So if, as expected, I get 20% more tickets for my renewal (that'll be 42 instead of 35 if my maths hasn't let me down) then that's pretty sweet as far as I'm concerned. If I want to reload then I will and as long as the prices don't go up for that then I've no gripes.

It isn't a gratitude thing, it just does not make sense.
A customer who purchases 80 or 120 tickets a month should not be paying more per ticket than one who only purchases just 40 (a standard full membership). Often you may see a store sell you two or three of something cheaper than if you just buy one. They never insist that if you buy more than one you have to pay more for them! If they did you would laugh at them! If anything it is a reload that should give the extra tickets to encourage people to spend more and buy more tickets, whereas this mentality actually discourages it.
For it to make more financial sense for a person to run two or three consecutive memberships should immediately flag up that something is very wrong.
