Brilliant thread, thanks for this all. Has informed a lot of my buys as my preference is absolutely for heels to remain on.

One thing I don't quite get is why heels can't go back on if necessary. I totally get that heels have to come off for some positions but then there's no reason the girls can't put the heels back on. I think that would look quite sexy seeing a girl climb back into her heels mid way through a scene for some later standing or doggy positions. As that never seems to happen I do tend to pay close attention to trailers as if it looks like the heels come off early then I'm less likely to buy.
