In December 2009, a major password breach of the Rockyou.com website occurred that led to the release of 32 million passwords. The cracker then leaked the full list of the 32 million passwords (with no other identifiable information) to the internet. I also don't understand why a hacker would not have shared more recent, higher profile, material? It just seems odd that someone would hack his account and then distribute a scene from years ago when they could go for sweeter fruit.
