Poll: Old vs New Ticket System

Postby AngryRippedOffUser » Mon Jan 06, 2014 9:20 pm

Hi

I opened this Poll, because the New System Sucks.

In the Past when you bought a 3 Month Membership (~58€) you get 120 Tickets >at once< so you got the Freedom to use it
like you want.

And when you got no Tickets anymore, you just bought a 3 Month 120 Tickets >at once< Membership, get 120 Tickets.
With other Words 120 Tickets + Membership Time Extension.

But now

When we logged in, we dont have the Option (just with a Trick, but even then we get just 40 Tickets >per Month<) anymore to extend our Membership for 3 Month and get 120 Tickets >at once< for ~58€ !

So we are forced to buy the expensive Tickets (100 Tickets >at once< for ~58€ !) without Membership Extension, when we got
no Tickets anymore, and dont want to wait until the next Month for 40 Tickets.
(40 Tickets are nothing ! Some Scenes need 4 Tickets ! LP release sometime 3 Scenes per Day ! this alone are 6-12 Tickets !)

And when we dont buy the more expensive 100 Tickets >at once< we must wait, and wait and wait for new 40 Tickets! or we Calculate like fucking Banking Managers, which Scene worth for now, and which for later when we got our new 40 Tickets !

So we put the Scenes for later in a List, but in this Time new Scenes are released, then the damn Calculating and this "dont worth now download it the coming Month" start again.

The List grows and grows, so we are fucked ! Or we Pay 58€ for >just< 100 Tickets !

So choose what you like more, the old or new System and show LP what you as Member expect !

The pricing of tickets is definitely not set in stone (but your tickets don't expire anymore).

This is all rather confusing. Following a convo with Timb over email, i had been left with the impression that when reloading an account all 120 tickets should be received at once. This was what i wrote to tim:

"I can see this being a bit of an issue Tim - unless you seriously only want members to limit their spending!
As it stood, you got all 120 tickets in one go and my spending would probably equate closer to 120 tickets per month the last couple of months.
If you now issue the tickets in installments then that leaves me with three options:
1) Limit my spending to just 40 tickets per month.
2) Buy extra tickets at a premium price (i think you charge £48 for just 100 tickets via that method, even with members discount)
3) Run multiple memberships in parallel and have to go through attestation twice more.

None of these options make any sense. All that is needed is a method of buying a whole load of tickets to top up a membership WITHOUT having to pay more per ticket. Perhaps adjusting your direct ticket purchase prices to members to the same per ticket price as membership recharge/renewal levels is the obvious thing to do?"

Tim responded by saying that an error had been made and all tickets should have been given at once. Duly, a few days later my account was credited with the remaining 80 tickets.

I have to say it seems bafflng to do it any other way. What are we expected to do when we have used those 40 tickets before the month ends? Unless the management are concerned that we are all spending too much money on porn and wants to take less of our coin this makes no sense.
And what happens if you reload again? If i ran out of tickets on the 10th and reloaded, spent my 40 tickets on the 16th and reloaded again what do they see happening? Do i get another 40 on the 10th if the next month and another 40 on the 16th again? It just seems like a hopelessly messy overcomplication.

The delivery of tickets in installments is only for the base coming with your membership. You can reload as many as you want and receive all the extra tickets immediately.

+1. just tried both things over the past week. and everything went smooth, although i still prefer to get the membership tickets immediately and not at the beginning of every month.

I hope that, because now with the "100 Extra Ticket >at once< Buy Option" for ~58€ any Atom in me say "No ! Not for that Price" !

That Ticket expiration Point, is no argument for me (but still nice to know) my Tickets never ever expired before !
I'm no Member, that Join a Site, and download just all 2 Month :D or forgot that he joined :D

I always use my Tickets complettely.

Yes your right, but the "extra Ticket" Price is 25% higher compared, to the 3 Month/120 Tickets Thing, and that's why i will
not use that "100 extra Tickets at once & immadiately for ~58€"

I'm not a millionaire :D i must work 9 Hours for 58€ (one Working Day got 8 Hours with 1 Hour Break) so
25% less Tickets for the same Price, hurts 2 Times !

So to explain where's the Problem look at this.

When i'm loged in i have just the Direct Ticket Purchase Option

http://postimg.org/image/v4smxm5z1/

100 Tickets for 58.65€

here the Rest from the Screen.

http://postimg.org/image/ugjseo799/

When i'm loged out

I have both Options. Membership OR Direct Ticket Purchase

http://postimg.org/image/6qyy3py9p/

3 Month 58.65€ 40 Tickets per Month -> 120 Tickets for 58.65€

and now when i'm loged out look at this ridiculous Prices for Direct Purchase Tickets.

http://postimg.org/image/e9i3ccpml/

100 Tickets for 73.33€ Dont say that's because of the Exchange Course ! We talk here about Euros ! Not China Dollars. (2012 i payed 43€ for a 3 Month Membership !)

And when i'm loged in i dont have the Option to refill my Tickets.

http://postimg.org/image/fn9q7novx/

i just have the Direct Ticket Purchase Option under Join/TKT

EDIT: Ok now i found out where the Problem is.

There's a "Reload tickets (+120 tkt)" Refill Option under "Members" but when the Font/Zoom Size is at the Default Setting from 100%
i cant see it ! and there's no Scroll Bar at the Right, that show me, that i dont see the entire Site !

When i set the Font/Zoom Size to 90% then i can see it, when i click it the GTF Charge Billing Site appears.

Reload of tickets for Plan 90 days for 41.10€

But i dont know what i get for this. 120 Tickets >at once< or 40 per Month ?

Ok and now to my Browser. I use Seamonkey 2.23 (formerly known as Mozilla Internet Suite <- the Father of Firefox)
now Seamonkey is based on Firefox (Funny when you think that Firefox in the past was based on the Mozilla Internet Suite)

Seamonkey 2.23 is based on Firefox 26

So i dont think that my Browser is the Problem, it use the same Gecko Render Engine as Firefox 26.

The 'reload tickets' option was what I thought you had been rtalking about.

When you reload you get all the tickets ot once. At least, you SHOULD get all the tickets at once. When I used it I only got 40, which our friend Tim informed me was an error, and it had to be manually altered to give me all 120 at once. Whether this error happens all the time atm i don't know, so your answer is either you wuill get all 120 tickets at once automatically OR you will have to reload and then pm support to get the Timster on the case for you!
