hey so i hope you guys dont cancel your membership, so i think i understood that going forward the new membership is premium and free scenes.

if you dont want membership you can just buy premium tickets but you dont get access to old content that has been released by other studios. they are buying content from big studios.

but you can download new scenes.

if you bought an unlimited membership then you will keep your tickets but when you cancel you lose all tickets. but when you renew your membership later then you will have premium tickets and an active membership will allow you to download all content unlimited but not premium and will be designated FREE

NON active with cancelled unlimited memberships but:
for those with 100's++ of tickets - your doing to be converted to premium tickets and month free to download all you want. i dont know the formula yet.

only if you have 2000 tickets they are not premium but you will have them converted to premium and with expired membership you wont have unlimited downloads to the other scenes they are adding from other studios

new memberships never expire. old ones with 500 tickets -- you just cant see the free stuff like firstgape and gonzo stuff they been buying.

premium new scenes you will get your 500 tickets converted to 1 month membership so you can download the updates and download all free scenes

cancel is cancel.. why you going to be rebilled if you cancelled before the rebill?

I think the question is more of what happens to your premium scene tickets when you cancel. Let me be specific:
I don't know what ticket purchases will be offered so I will use an old system quantity of 100. If signup for a 100 tickets but I'm only able to use 50 before getting rebilled so I cancel will I:
(a) still be able use those 50 unused tickets even if I don't have an active account.
(b) loose those unused 50 tickets and have to be rebilled for another 100 tickets to maintain and active account so I can continue premium downloads.

I don't know what ticket purchases will be offered so I will use an old system quantity of 100. If signup for a 100 tickets but I'm only able to use 50 before getting rebilled so I cancel will I:

so your tickets from before are now reduced to 35 tickets premium and you still have unlimited access to all the other content. but new scenes are premium and so you have to exchange a ticket for content. if you cancel then the tickets that are premium NEVER EXPIRE as also anything you downloaded to pornbox with unlimited tickets before.

just that change is that premium scenes are not making money and some directors are complaining they cant live like this. so needs to be more fair for them also. they keep making the best content in the world if they make money right?

but also keep the loyal customers happy.. always!

Seems reasonable, as long as scenes don't start to suffer from the ludicrous ticket inflation they did in 2011. I recall at one point it was about £42 for UK users (over 50 euros) for enough tickets to buy about 4 or 5 premium scenes!
If you keep prices sensible and don't get too greedy then the system might be fine.

Could we have some specifics tho pls. How much will membership be (and is it the same for everyone, or will you play the 'local currency' game)? How many tickets for that membership and will scenes remain at one ticket per scene?

Unless I misunderstood something your tickets will never expire! As long as they are what they are calling premium tickets in the new membership types. So there might be some conversion process for people that still have a balance of tickets from the old membership type to premium tickets.

Well the Membership plans are posted and it seems reasonable. They dropped old plan from 100 tickets to 30 or 35 tickets for the same cost plus several other plans. Now where the issue may come in is the cost per scene. If it changes drastically from 1 scene for 1 ticket to something else.

We are down to 3 days before launch so we will all soon know!

This new System is confusing & needless

Now i pay 51€ für 120 Premium Tickets ? With the old System, i get Unlimited Tickets for my Money ! and it worked
100% to use my Tickets @ Sineplex & @LP !

Now i can only Download Stuff, that i drop from Sineplex to my Pornbox (that's useless, because, LP got >always< any Scene from Sineplex, and much more Scenes, all the FirstGape etc Scenes are missing on Sineplex)

but not Scenes that i drop from LP to my Pornbox, but my Money goes to the same Pocket ! WTF ?

Give me one, just one logical & understandable reason why i cant use my Tickets on LP when the fucking Money from my Membership, goes to the same Money Pocket ?

And 120 Tickets for 90 Days are nothing ! Some Scenes need 2.5 Premium Tickets, release 10 Clips (nothing special in 3 Month !) with 2.5 Premium Tickets and 25 Tickets are gone. Release 1000000000000000000 Scenes from Gapeland, name it as Anal Babe Series xxxx, and the rest is gone too.

I'm so angry, so many Scenes on LP that i cant download, with my Unlimited Ticket Membership.

Are you joking ? Did you read, what has changed ?

First: You can use your Tickets now just @ the Site, from where you joined ! (but still, the Money that you Pay for your Tickets, go to the same Person !)
Joined from Sineplex = Tickets for Sineplex.com ! Add a Scene that is missing on Sineplex (@ this Moment over 50 !)
from LP to your Pornbox, and you cant use your Tickets.

Second: Just 120 Tickets for 3 Month for 51€, before you get unlimited Tickets for 51€ for 3 Month !

That's forcing me to Cancel my Membership, and Join over LP.

And anyone is forced, to Buy Tickets @LP to Download a Scene from LP.

Even when they have 5000000000000000000 Tickets @ Sineplex. The Tickets are in this Case useless ! There's no Scene from Sineplex that LP >dont have< but more as 50 Scenes from LP are missing on Sineplex ! For over 3 Month, LP got always any Scene that is released @ Sineplex.com

Is It by user rating because there are 2 different rating systems and neither persist the rating that you selected after refreshing the screen so I'm not sure if even works. The rating areas are:

(1) On the main page below the trailer window to the right. This has a 10 star rating system plus something else that says advanced rating which I don't have right to.
(2) In the "My Box" page, if you change the layout from just text (default) to one of the two choices with a snapshot of the video they have a 5 star rating that is either below video title or the image depending on choice.

I always try and remember to rate in both pages for scenes I really like but was wondering if this is a useless practice on my part!

We are working heavily on this right now. User ratings actually don't matter at this point.

I forgot who the member was but he mentioned something that made a lot of sense to me. So borrowing heavy from his idea instead of worrying about user rating maybe actual download stats would be better and those numbers seem to be already included in the scenes metadata. So for instance basing the most popular videos on actual download number but breaking them down into several categories so popular videos released a long time ago wouldn't dominate the list. Here is an example of categories and timeframes that you can decide on:

Week Top # Most Popular Videos
Month Top # Most Popular Videos
Year Top # Most Popular Videos
All Time Top # Most Popular Videos

This way no major changes have to be made to the site and just cosmetic changes to the categories that you decide on!

I get a box that appears that says "error" on top with a "continue" button in the middle when i go to download a scene. Once i press continue i just go back to the page i am currently on. It's very frustrating to say the least. I have written to support as i said before and Tim wrote back saying they had my request but nothing more.

I also had to re-pay for the scenes i already bought when i did a big purchase on October 26th but to me right now that's a minor point compared to the massive issue of not being able to download.

Could you look into this for me please. Thanks.
