Update Email address

Hello,
i want to update my Email address. The Forum function is not working (since last year i saw when i searched for it). I contacted the Support some time ago, but they could not help me. They wanted credit card infos from my purchase i did longer time ago. So i dont have this card anymore and dont know the old number. So what can i do to change the email address?

Hi,

I need some confirmation that the email you are wanting to change is yours.

If you do have access to it, please send me a support message.
If you don't I need information about credit card. Last 4 digits or your name on the credit card. Preferably both.
This is just a security confirmation, we cannot let everybody change their mail if we do not check it's validity.

Hello,
I sent you a PM. I have access to the email address, so i can confirm that. The problem with credit card is, that i dont know the old number, name is no problem
