EKS monthly membership did not renew

Dear @Kapwn,

Could you please look into why my monthly membership to EKS did not renew and I would like for it to continue at the original monthly fee of $20/month.

I'm NOT interested in starting a fresh membership at $69/month for a defunct studio!

Thanks for picking up the ticket. Any update? There should not be any issues with my CC. I even purchased a scene yesterday just to check it out

Hi, my card is already active on PB. I have made a purchase as recent as Feb 23 2026 using that card and it is set as the recurring card too. What do you mean by add funds to the card? It is a regular credit card.

Also, please note that I want to continue the membership at the original $20/month that I've been subscribing to since Jan 04,2024. Not at the new exorbitant fee of $69/month for a defunct studio!

Hello,

I can see an “insufficient funds” error on the transaction. Your $3 purchase went through successfully, but the $20 payment did not.

Please make sure there are enough funds available on your card before the next rebill date to avoid any issues.

Dear box_support,

I'm once again unable to understand what you mean by insufficient funds. The credit card I have set up for recurring payments is a regular credit card and $$$$$ limit. Just now I reloaded 120 tickets using the same card. By any chance you are picking any of the old cards that could be a gift card? However, I have only one active card on PB that is a regular credit card

Could you please check your account at gtfcharge.com, where your cards are saved? It’s possible that the gift card you mentioned is set as the default payment method for PornBox.

Please take a look and let me know once you’ve checked.

Did you read my subsequent posts/messages? I have no problem whatsoever with transactions at my end. Only one card, a regular credit card with $$$$$ dollars limit, is set as the recurring card and no other cards are visible in my account

Well, yes, I did, but somehow you asked me in the mail to cancel your cards and gave me a list, so I replied to you that the only one who can manage your cards is you.
I've asked the team once again to check on you so that they will run the charge as soon as possible.

That is right. There is no option for the member/user to delete old inactive cards hence the email to the support to delete them. But only the right card is set for recurring and one-click payments. And, I appreciate your sincere efforts in trying to resolve this issue as fast as you can

Yes, I see EKS now under my memberships. Thank you and I appreciate your persistence in resolving the issue!

Do we know what was the reason that the membership did not renew automatically? Would like to know for future reference.

Strange. Let us see what happens when my 90 days ticket membership is due for renewal, which is on 24th of March. Please keep an eye out if any issue pops up again for the renewal
