Personally, I don't believe it, because Silvia is an absolute top and knows exactly how to do it. But of course, anything can happen. I had the opportunity to spend three hours with Silvia and Evelina in a train compartment a few years ago and I have to say that you only meet such a great girl like Silvia a few times in your life. I keep reading about requests for Milk, Milk Overflow, Piss Puking, Puking scenes from Silvia...so I am sure there will be at least some token gestures to accommodate for this.
I do hope that Silvia plans to stick around, and it is not just a one off 2 scene deal and then she disappears from here for the next 12-18 months.
