Her passing makes me think about so many other exceptional and beautiful performers who have given us so much but sadly left us far too soon -- such as Amber Rayne, August Ames, Yurizan Beltran, Dahlia Sky (aka Bailey Blue), Dakota Skye, Amara Romani, Kagney Linn Karter, or Julie Skyhigh. Of course people from any walk of life can suffer from depression, it's a mental illness, but there are things that can exacerbate it. It isn't always the case, but generally girls who go into the adult industry aren't doing it because they have a wealth of other options. I was shocked when I saw the tweet last week abiut her funeral. I also did see something about her not being well the previous week but thought that she was on her way to recovery.

Firstly I am very sad for her family and would like to contribute something too.

Secondly, I think Beatriz was definitely a "self-less" ground breaker for porn and Yummy studio and brought both upto the next level. I think without her a lot of porn stars like Larissa and Bruna would not have made it in porn. I think her co-stars learnt a lot from her "on the job".

Thats the curse of depression, that it is so self-destructive no matter what outside factors. It can get contained by medication, but pills need to be taken regularly and no drugs not even marihuana or alc at the same time.
