the earnings could be discussed. I'm not in the industry and I don't know the details but I wonder why some models continue to shoot for Andrew X, AGO, Erika and don't all work for Pornworld or something similar. I don't think there is such a huge difference.
If we move on to the OF and other such things I throw up my hands, but at this point we simply have to recognize that porn is over.

I personally do not find the reasons for disagreements with GIO for the "problem" of the skin credible. for a long period of time Jolee did not work for GIO but she did not work for any other studio either, a sign that if this problem was real it was a problem for any other production studio.

the facts are that GIO no longer runs the studio, Andrew X is in his place, and that Jolee has not filmed gang bangs with DAP/TAP/PISS for any studio since October/November 2023 (not for AGO, not for Erika, not for Stalker... not for anyone else you can think of that produces this stuff). Since she returned, she has instead put together a series of sad vanilla porn scenes.
also, we are talking about professionals, in all workplaces there are misunderstandings or disagreements with colleagues or collaborators, but they are easily overcome if there is an interest in maintaining that working relationship.

It was a normal business decision and not per se GIOs fault, but way of communication with girls was. Running a porn studio is dealing with a lot of very self-centered girls, it's quite a stress job and part of why Giorgio Grandi quit. I know from girls that they felt hurt by the way that cut was proposed to them. Too often it was a communication based on scene sales drops, which were a general tendency, but some girls took it as an individual attack.

When you consider that, the Review Team on LPAV/PornBox are pretty efficient (relatively speaking).
