Why exactly 32 performers?
With polls we have 10 options each, so we can run the Tournament with 40 performers easily.

Russia and Czech are the least predictable to me. Why not run pre-tournaments for all girls mentioned except out personal 2 final Tournament (that with 32 or 40 performers) picks for Russia and 1-2 for Czech? - That would be 4 additional pre-tournaments, but I dont think that would be boring because voters will learn about who really is active, they will remember their scenes and have to compare to choose.
Especially for Czech girls it will also give a chance to the new Czech AGO scouted girls who might work for GIO/AH and EKS in 2025.

It would be really bad if we excluded Vittoria Devine and also Adeline LaFouine we should include. Both are still highly popular and very consistant performers. Same with Julie North.
Brittany Love hasnt doen DAP in 2024 as far as I know, so she's not really consistant. But lets the voters of Czech pre-Tournament decide.

Lets the pre-Tournaments just do with one poll and 10 vote options. The 4 girls with the most votes get into the tournament. Same with 3x10 Russian girls, the 2 best of each poll get into the final Tournament.

2) For Ukraine I'd rather add Alisia than Lina Arien --> what do you think?

3) AdV has solid consistent performances so I'd keep her and she's Euro based same as Lydia Black, Czech has 4 girls in my list which is enough for me

4) Marta villalobos has done 2 DAP and she's very hot with incredible body but idk her status now can you confirm (is she retired)?

3) Ria Sunn is on pregnancy break till Autumn and not sure whether she comes back, but I would rather keep her in Tournament, what you think?
Your Czech list is the most shaky, since Kristy, Brittany and Ria are of doubtful DAP-status, at the same time 3-4 are close to GOAT.
I'd still add the winner of Czech pre-tournament - or replace 1 of those 4 by her.
4) Looks like Marta Villalobos may just performed a new DAP for AH/GIO, have to check that. She's pretty weak a performer, though. I'm not sure here and would sacrifice her to add 1 more Russian girl, but it depends on the pre-Tournament support. Let's decide once we have these results.

For the Russians I will take Stacy Bloom and Nicole Black as set. The other about 30 candidates can be voted for. The best 3 will make it for sure. The rest we will decide last minute depending on Marta Villalobos, ok?
