Does anyone know the reason for scenes being deleted? Lately it seems to be happening a lot. It seems like they add a scene and take one away

All we've been told is that scenes are being automatically removed 'for review'. Sometimes scenes come back after a while. Sometimes they don't. Sometimes they come back but having been edited, like the most recent Hayeck twins scene. All I really know whole thing is an ongoing shambles, with absolutely awful customer communication from Pornbox.

Buyers beware. Another scene from NatashaTeenFilms titled "Colombian Teen Camila Cooper gangbang dap / prolapso/ big gape" has been deleted from my library as well as the store. Same problems persist.

I wonder what they are "reviewing". Has the management got complaints of too extreme content? I know the infamous "Like mother like daughter"-clips have been permanently removed, which is understable, also clips where real twins or sisters are having sex together.

Actually one can still watch and buy the latter two scenes - they just will not appear on either models' pages or in the regular search results.

I bet there are some legal issues behind this review process and disappearing videos. Maybe the contracts with the actors were not clear during time of publishing and they have to review and agree with the performers on every video in fear of legal action?

I cant watch the Camila Cooper DAP for sure.
Neither can I download it even that I have bought it when released a long time ago.

I also more and more suppose its no legal issues or only pretended legal issues, but Pornbox deliberately delete scenes to save bandwidth or storage place.
I have lost at least 5000$ by this practice!

I don't get what's the problem with storage. It should not be an issue for the porn company, if there's shortage of storage space, just go to hardware store and buy more. The customers who have bought the scenes have them on their library, but I don't think that the actual file is in there, it's just the link to archived file, so I really don't get why they are doing this except for legal issues.

But what annoys me most is the lack of communication or explanation.
Where is xxx?
Why is it up to the content creators to fix it? Whatever ‘it’ is.
What is this new review process even for?

I have lost all confidence in this platform.
I have a huge wish list waiting but will not spend another cent until this is fully, permanently and verifiably fixed.

This is just not good enough, the lack of communication is unforgivable. I have also noticed a definite drop in the quality of the scenes lately as well. For example Jana red fucking only 2 guys in her latest scene when she has done gangbangs. Also lately Elina in scenes with only 2 men. One of the main attractions for me is the gangbangs. It feels like we are going backwards

Every time I log on now and see 'Your purchased content is safe' I think no it isn't. I know it's a small thing but every time I log on and see that it really grates on me.
