Purchased scenes inaccessible

Hello,

The five scenes with Luana Honey that I bought from the LTP studio are now inaccessible
(LTP032, LTP096, LTP141, LTP151 and LTP176).
This is not normal, given how expensive the scenes are.
What's wrong?

What is really going on???

I own currently 8844 scenes bought in direct purchase I am informed today. But I am sure before these crazy delete action I have been at least just over 10000 scenes. Which means I lost at least 1200 scenes. Lets say they had an average value of 6TKT, I count like this because I buy mainly more expensive gangbangs, which means Pornbox has stolen about 4750$ from me.

And just to forsee what might happen: Pornbox will probabely blame it on studios like LTP etc while they allowed the scenes to get deleted.
It will probabely happen as with the sudden and unheralded price rise of April 2022: For ages no explanation and than a scapegoating to start mixing up possible reasons so that soon no loyal customer and sure no compulsive time-to-time buyer understands what's happening!

These are also missing and not coming up on search even for ones you've purchased, raising this here as there was no response on the other thread although understandable as Kapwn was dealing with a few messages about the EKS scene at the time. The only way they can be found is by looking through the LTP studio page and then when opened they produce a "Video not found" error and can't be downloaded either.

I was also under the impression that there should be no more removals going forward? But between yesterday and today yet another purchased scene has gone from my library.

What is the error message you are seeing? What is happening exactly? I am able to access videos normally.

LTP176 (https://pornbox.com/application/watch-page/277429) is shown in library but playing or downloading fails with error code : "Video not found (code #zywffwjwsf)"

Same with me: I bought that Luana Honey DAP scene ofc when released first on Feb 09, 2023. I have it in my Pornbox library, but I cant play it.
Also cant download it, even if I payed for it and own it.

Hi Kapwn, can you confirm that these scenes are part of the ones messaged to LTP?

Also in my previous post I mentioned a scene had been taken from my library on 23/11 when that is supposed to have been stopped now, could you address this please. Particularly could you confirm scenes should no longer be disappearing from libraries and why this has happened.

Remember Hundreds of fans and collectors have payed Pornbox operator already for these scenes!

My guess would be that they have to abide by the rules set in place for legal or contractual reasons to whom everyone has agreed beforehand. For now one can only mitigate the damage because they have to avoid breaching these terms.

This is speculation but it would make sense that this is why they have to go through studios rather than just going for the direct fix. It should be possible in due time to change the terms so that one could avoid this happening in the future.

New terms of use or whatever it is they're bound to should be changeable but even so may not apply retroactively and at any rate it would take some time to formulate them in a way that is serviceable to all the parties involved and legally binding. This should ideally entail that studios shouldn't have the control to remove purchased scenes from users libraries at all.

If you can't find the files in your archive and Latin teens Production team isn't responding why not ask one of your customers who bought these files to supply you with a copy? No doubt there will be regular customers who have copies of these files and willing to share.
