Problem should be solved. If you are using VPN the system might flag you for multiple connections.

Please use the following site to recover your password just to be sure : https://pornbox.com/reset-password

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.

Hi Im seeing the same issue, reset password already, but still getting error message

For me the same.
The procedure for changing the password do not fits for me.
I have reset the password but i can't login.
When I login with Google I get the error message from above.
What can I do?
