Wrongly exceeded downloadlimit count

I have monthly subscription to Vira Gold films that allows 10 downloads per month. In my own counting I have downloaded 8 videos, but now i get message saying that my download limit is exceeded. How can I have the 2 downloads that I'm lacking.
