Lots of scenes being remove daily, what's going on?

I can confirm that this is still in my library. It was one of AGOs early scenes and got taken down from Clip Store and thus isnt sold anymore for legal reasons, but users who bought it in time still have it in Pornbox. It's a completely other case than those August (and maybe earlier) deleted scenes.

The scene cannot be found via Modelpage of Eveline Dellai or Sylvia Dellai, because there it vanished, but can be found via searching for TWINS in library (not in store)

Btw, so you say all Eveline or Silvia Dellai scenes got back into Pornbox?

At least 3 scenes with Eveline Dellai have reappeared. But whether that's all of the vanished ... I can't say

It may be worth checking some of your libraries again. After having a decent number come back a few days ago, on checking today virtually as many have gone again. So that's another biggish removal today by the looks of it.

It would be nice to have a general upward trend of scenes coming back, rather than constantly seeming to end up back at square one. Every time it looks promising with videos coming back it seems to be followed shortly after by just as many, or more going.

Guys are trying to fix things. Don't give up hope, this looks like it's totally undeliberate, so I'm sure it'll be fixed. Totally constructive communication from all concerned. This is good. This really does look like an IT issue.

Any company that just "tries" and doesn't get it right will fail.
It's like that in banking, it's like that in the auto industry, and it will be like that here. Especially with the extremely high prices here, failure is inevitable if there is a lack of ability or will to fix the problems.

Mass deletions started again. Well beyond a joke now. About 5 pages on Giorgio's store have gone again.

Even though the number of owned scenes didn't get back to where they were before this all started, they were coming back slowly; It seemed worthwhile letting things run their course. But to now be back worse than when we started with about 200 missing for me, and probably lots more for others. It just feels like a kick in the teeth and has destroyed any small amount of trust the platform had regained.

As a side issue I wondered if anyone else was having a problem with the number of scenes in their library. The number of scenes in my library is about 34 lower than the number of owned scenes on the pull down tab. I have adjusted all of the settings I can and tried to sort it out this way to no avail, as I haven't come across this before yesterday I wondered if anyone else had this problem, if it was something I had done or just another site problem.

At this stage, you'd have to be very brave to actually pay for scenes on this site. If you do, cross your fingers and try to download them immediately before they vanish.

Both my partner and I, have worked in business before.
No half decent business would actively go around and self-sabotage themselves.
So we are confident that the scene removals are due to issues, which they need time to resolve.

For the mean time, it is best to stay positive and not get drawn in to the negativity.

I wanted to give the site some time because I really thought it was just a temporary problem, but now I realize that a LOT of the scenes I bought have simply DISAPPEARED.

Why on earth do they mess up this side now?
Delete scenes then reload them with the reload mark (GIOxxxx becomes GIOxxxxm).

Presumably to encourage you to either buy the scene twice, or buy it at an inflated price. Today's re-issued scene is already available for 7.5 tickets, but now you can buy the same scene for a bargain 10.14 tickets instead.

At least Giorgio is fairly transparent about it being a re-release - some studios have 10+ versions of the same scene, reissued over and over again at different price points.

Kapwn seems to be back so hope we get some quick answers soon and resolution we can trust.

I trust PB to store and organise the scenes I have PAID FOR.
I have no other record of what I’ve bought over many years.
I could realistically lose 100’s of scenes and maybe never know.
If this is a genuine technical error, that’s one thing & I trust PB will return every scene, whether I’ve remembered I had it or not!
If it’s a deliberate approach to trick customers into buying the same content again… that would be something else.

Looking through on X I found this thread by a producer that used to be on here, considering the date it was posted towards the beginning of the mass removals, it is possibly revealing about what happened from the (smaller) producer's side. FYI the end titles were iirc a link to his website, X account and C4S store.

The problem is numerous scenes have disappeared before with no notification or refund, unless it was requested. The lack of a purchase record, or receipt, is something I can't really understand and seems like a simple common sense solution for customers. It would make questioning if they have lost scenes far clearer and more straightforward.
