I want to comment to the OP referring to Olivia's tears.
I think most of us (the fans), male performers, directors, studio staff, etc do not have ill will against her or any other actress.
That being said, any profession or hobby comes with "occupational hazards".
For instance, action sequences in movies. Require the actor to perform physical stunts and sometimes, something, goes wrong
and they end up injured. Jackie Chan is know for sharing such cases in youtube but there are many others.
Contact sports come with the inherent risk of injuries that can go as far as causing one to become quadriplegic or even death.
Same thing with motorcycling, a thing I love doing for commuting and for fun. Just google "motorcycle injuries" if you have the stomach.
Even professions that sound "safe" such as engineering, can be pretty harsh sometimes. I work in a power plant, trust me I know.
You have to know all the aspects of what you are doing, why you are doing it and what could go wrong.
In this case, back to Olivia. Getting penetrated down her throat, ass, etc could cause physical rejection, pain, etc. This is why they set limits,
"I'm OK with this and that, I can do this for this amount of time, etc" and when it's too hard or they need a break the director cuts the
action and resumes sometime later. Maybe even adds BTS footage as an option. But the point is, that they are in control.
I think we all like a mix of pleasure with a touch of pain. That has to be a thing, among other things that attract fans and performers alike to this site, am I rite?
Of course people who set their limit above the average are extraordinary and we love them, if that thing that they are doing, is something
that interest us. But that's just my opinion.
