Can we please have some questions answered
1/ will the scenes be returning
2/ will refunds be issued if scenes dont return
3/ what is a reasonable time scale for either option 1 or 2
4/ How as a customer can we even check what scenes have been taken (dont judge me lol) I have over 6000 scenes, how the hell am I meant to even know which have been removed
5/ Can a thread be made by owners stating what scenes have been removed
I made a thread asking for a refund for the following scene NicixDream and Victoria Nova SZ2851 on the 14Aug, still no scene, may i kindly be refunded now?

I will no longer be purchasing any scenes new/old and will cancel my repeat subscription, if more members also take this action I think unfortunatly it may affect the sustainability of the website, which means us as customers lose out and the business will lose out
please owners/management help us understand what is going on
I agree but don't have that much hope of a definitive statement of any kind. At best there will probably be a reiteration that it is an ongoing verification process with no more information. There have been a number of times in the past where issues have been almost ignored until they just go away; or a justification like the TWT one I mentioned above in the thread, which feels like weeks ago now, that is satisfactory because you have an answer, unless you think about it for 2 seconds when it doesn't make any sense.
Part of the problem after such a prolonged period of silence is I don't think there really is a response that will do them any favours. If there was a statement apologising that yes some scenes have/are/will be removed permanently it publicly undermines their pledge that purchased content is safe and after so long with a promise that content will be returned makes the site look chaotic or untrustworthy. Alternatively if there is a statement promising everything is coming back how many users will completely believe it? Depending on what is happening a statement promising something by a specific date may not even be feasible. At this point it seems quite possible the least damaging option is silence with the fait accompli of whatever is going to happen, especially if it will be finished soon. The damage done to trust and sales as a consequence may prove acceptable depending on what is actually happening.
On the main points in the post I agree. The first thing I want is for my scenes to be returned, as I bought them because I wanted those specific scenes, so a refund is not really satisfactory- especially as it will be a refund in tickets for scenes we may not want, on a platform that would have form for deleting content without warning.
In the event of a scenes not returning an automatic refund is a must, with information on how many scenes it is for. Support has told me in the past that where scenes are removed from the library then an automatic ticket refund will take place, which sounds excellent. Except as we all know this isn't the case.
Point 4 is a real irritant for me. I had nearly 7100 scenes, how am I supposed to remember something I bought 4-5 years ago in that context. A few years ago when I was convinced purchased scenes had been removed from my library and I contacted support, I was asked to specify which scenes I was talking about- a nearly impossible task. So a complete list of scenes deleted from each library is a must as some can be purchased and are available elsewhere. The peace of mind would also be appreciated instead of looking for something I was sure I had bought and just can't find.
In terms of sustainability I would be really interested in the sales and bandwidth use vs August-September 2023 sales and bandwidth, as it wouldn't surprise me to see sales down and bandwidth use way up. Obviously I know these figures won't be available, but it seems likely that these would be the probable consequences. Consequences that could be fairly easily foreseen, which is what makes this so mystifying.
