Being honest, no.

RyuKen, the situation that you explained is something obvious.

A man is less selective and say "yes" if see something that take him attention.

Definetly an average woman well dressed and with a good make up can make magic in a bar or in a disco, this have been always in this way.

I will try to make a summary but the first instances where the society considered these things bad behaviours come from the origin of the religions, even before.
