FIX a Bruno_films studio scene

Hi, i just purchased this scene "DUO submissive ALEXA LEWIS & LUNITA GALACTICA. DAP. TP. 5 on 2 + Pissing. BF002" -> https://pornbox.com/application/watch-page/1517620 and isn't works!! No trailer, no stream and no possibility to download the scene.. Are there something wrong? Can you check what is happening? I would like to have the scene fixed, if is not possible, i want a refund.

I wrote to the studio in the private chat area notifying them the issue, i don't know if they will take some measure to re-upload the scene, they answered me "Ok", but they have some scenes more with that problem (I don't bought anymore of them because of that).

I checked the refund as is ok, thx Kapwn.
