Thanks for these two. These are really interesting pieces of music. The first one in a weird way reminds me of the Dutch band, you know the ones! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4ouPGGLI6Q

Magic magic band. I wanted to find out what Chinese white was, I thought it was some colour like 'elephant's breath'. Didn't realise it was about H.
Listened to this astonishing vocal performance today... unreal movie. Would love to have had a drink with the guy.

When you bring in the eastern tonal inflections, as opposed to the western often derivative blues cliches... or pseudo Indian cliches on sitar...
This music is amazing, 'cos it's real. lots of mushrooms in Lithuania too.
Thanks.
You know theses guys?

Sheffield band, the DIY aspect really has its charm.

Haven't listened to these guys in years. If memory serves right, they were loosely associated with the Finnish freak folk scene of the time. Kind of a modern take on psychedelic folk with some playful experimentation thrown in the mix. Also more modern electronic elements. This being their
one of their most conventional songs but still one of my favourites of theirs to date. Melancholic and soothing...

Love the sound and spirit of this despite and because of its flaws. Really raw and it's got spirit in spades.
