It isn't a myth. There are a couple of issues that make it difficult to ever get someone to talk about it. The men over there can't... for obvious reasons. THe women sign NDA's that scare the heck out of them. If they are ever linked to anything revealing about this trip (other than photos of themselves in exotic locales) they will be sued (or so the threat is).... some of the girls even worry they would disappear.

If you need anything to show you if it is a myth or not. Just ask why a middle eastern royal would spend 50,000 to 70,000 (common range) for one week with a random girl who looks good , from half way around the world; when those same girls would come for a couple grand a day. At that price, it is implied you can do anything you want. Actresses get to choose what level of work they do and also some have a no list to whom they will work with. Limiting their levels and whom we will work with will decrease the amount of work they will be offered. likewise hookers get to choose what they are willing to get up to, and can refuse whichever client they want, but it would hit their bank balance.
