Well, there's probably more to the story, but it sounds like there's potential for Belle and TWM to work together if they wanted to.

Doesn't make sense for an agency to "guarantee" a regular income. But Belle is a great model/actress and very marketable so if Belle wants regular work then surely TWM would try to help to get her more jobs with other studios, so she'd be working regularly and TWM'd be earning fees.

If Belle finds work for herself then it seems her contract with TWM should be flexible enough to manage this without breaking up.
The agency must still get a fair fee, otherwise unscrupulous producers (and models) would constantly try to book direct and cut out the agency.

So if Belle still wanted to work with TWM she'd have to accept that her agency deserves a fair fee even if she found a booking herself.
And if TWM still wanted to work with Belle they'd have to accept that their fees should be fair (i.e. lower) if she found a booking herself.
Like all business, it comes down to trust and willingness to work together.
If trust has gone, then it's sad, but time to break up.

If Belle and TWM ever want to get back together in future, I guess that's up to them to work it out in private away from nosy fans

If you read my post, you will find that is mostly what I said.

I understand Belle needs a regular income. It should be in TWM's interest to find more/regular work for Belle and at the same time earn more fees for themselves.
IDK what went wrong. If TWM could/would not find work for Belle then she was right to end her contract with them.

But Belle cannot both (1) stay in an "exclusive" contract with TWM and (2) also take work direct without giving her agency their contracted fee.
IDK if the agency cut in this case was fair, Belle says not, but she seems to acknowledge that she has to pay them.
The only way to avoid giving her agency their contracted fee was to end her contract with them before taking work directly, or to renegotiate it to a non-exclusive basis.

LP seem to employ many girls who are currently on the books of Julmodels. Yet we are told that Julmodels and LP do not work with each other. So probably those girls are not working exclusively for Julmodels.

None of us nosy fans know all the details, but it seems that Belle and TWM could work out a mutually beneficial deal if they were willing and trusted each other. But if they're not willing and trusting, then it seems better that they end their relationship and move on.
