i have to say i love Gabi's smile in this pic. she's wide-eyed and eighteen and looks as if she's thrilled by the whole ride. and what an adventure it must be for her. at that age your friends are either enduring death-by-powerpoint in college (dull) or stuck in crap zero-hour zero-glamour minimum wage macjobs (tedious).
while she's a top-selling LP star and already delivering performances that put some of the biggest names (euro and US) in the shade.

so i have a lot of respect and admiration for her character. she's taken on a huge challenge very early and really made something of her opportunity. A heartbreaker on every level, performance and personality.
she may be too new to the biz to pick up an award tonight, but if there was a 'best newcommer' or 'one to watch in 2017' award i would expect her to walk away with it.

Congrats to Belle for winning this years Best Actress award, thoroughly deserved. If you go to Francys Belles Twitter you can see her acceptance speech. I also know that Mike Chapman won the Best International Actor award , again a huge round of applause as he has been nothing short of extraordinary this year.

A Clockwork Gang the Pilot won best scene, that was a no brainier for me and just goes I show with a bit of vision you can create something that gets noticed.

At this stage I can't seem to find out any other winners so if anyone has the full list then please post. Crossing all my fingers that Giorgio won Best Director and LP the best studio.
