I think the gang leader getting killed off by a "new discovery" occasionally would have been good. Basically they outperform Belle in the next episode and then She gets shot by the other gang members and a new one takes over. It could apply to the guys as well. For example Mike Chapman could be a cuckold in one scene, but then they decide to take him into the gang as a member. Maybe sometime you could even have Cockwork Orange (Blackbuster edition). What does everyone else think ?

But who could they get who can outperform Belle? She has the mad skillz

Maybe (if Belle ever wants to leave the series) then GG could arrange to have her killed off by a jealous rival ...
