Can't submit a message in customer support

Could you fix submitting messages in customer support section? I click "Send message" and nothing happens. I tried it last 3 days on Chrome and Internet Explorer.

I submitted the issue in Zendesk directly, but you really should fix this broken support form.

How many people will be pissed because of that? Myself included...
