Payment taken but no credits received

I tried to reload tickets on 31st December, I authorized it via 2FA with my banking app but porn box said it was declined however the money was taken from my card.

Details from my bank:

Amount minus 63.84 euros63.84

Can you add the tickets or reverse the transaction and I'll repurchase.

I have this same problem and Kapwn didn’t even bother to help me just blatantly accused me of fucking lying after I displayed bank statements and everything but it’s kool I’ll have my bank take care of this issue since the bullshit support crew they have on this site don’t want to do there jobs and disrespect a loyal customer since 2020 who has purchased nearly 1,000 scenes
