My TKT still not added

I purchased 39 USD membership through Segpay/Paypal yesterday. Money was transferred from my Paypal account to Segpay. I have the receipt. One full day later the 42 TKT I purchased still hasn't been added to my account. I have never had this problem before. TKT always show up right away.

There is a slight problem with SegPay right now.

Ours and theirs technicians are taking a look and hopefully this will be solved soon.
