How does LP get in people from other continents?

I know how it works for female performers, but I'm not quite sure how male performers like Erik Everhard, Jonjon, etc. who are, or have been (in Jonjon's case . . . I don't believe he's still doing stuff with LP), are able to work steadily for LP considering they're from North America. Do these international performers temporarily take up residence in Czech Republic and leave to go back to North America once their contract with LP is over? Or do they just fly out to Czech Republic whenever they're needed to do one or more scenes?

Erik Everhard has atleast moved to Czech Republic. He has wanted to move to Europe for a long time so i think it works out pretty well for him and for LP too to get a good performer on their roster.

JonJon etc. travels to Czech Republic and stays for the time planned and then travels back home.
