We have created a simple FAQ to help you navigate the sites.

Any feedback is appreciated. If there is some general information missing, please leave a comment about it.

I just had a quick look and the info. given all seemed helpful to me.

One point I would generally like to see more clarity on is scene downloads with memberships. The new FAQ helpfully says some studios place a limit on downloads and give an example. It seems though that if no mention of a limit is made than users can probably take it that there is no download limit but it would be much clearer if this was simply stated. That is, for every membership it either states what the download limit is or explicitly states that there is no limit to the number of scenes that can be downloaded. I've personally been cautious of memberships sign-up where this has been unclear and I'll bet I'm not the only one.

Oh, and at the trivial level I think it's a little odd that the new page has what appears to be three images of the same woman at the top.

Just to quickly answer you - every studio has a "?" mark next to the purchase button with the information.

i cannot download anything even my purchased videos.

i have 1.2 gb internet with wired connection and get superfast downloads on other sites, however PORNBOX IS BROKEN?

was ok 10 days ago.

Since 01/01/2023 it is impossible to download paid movies.
From support there is NO response at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This problem MUST be solved!

PB has become a shit-show. I used their "support chat" to complain about not being able to download 4K videos yesterday and I'm still waiting for a response. Meanwhile, the download issue has gotten worse. Three minutes into any download, I get a "lost network connection" message.

It's hard to imagine that an internet based business would be this unresponsive to a problem of this magnitude. We shouldn't make any more purchases here until it's fixed.

Totally agree that the current performance level of PB is unacceptable.
Lack of response to issues raised is unacceptable.
They even deleted roughly 30 scenes I have paid for over the past few years at 9 tickets each (GGG).
No warning, no refund & no response as yet.
It’s basically theft at this point (though no doubt there is some loophole in the terms that allows them to steal my property…)
Why do they continue to be so amateurish? They are destroying a beloved brand :mad:

Hi Kapwn - I thought I was buying 'Bts (DP Pee Wet version) from Alisa Horokova & Claudia Garcia' - but it looks like I landed on the dry version. Is there a way to exchange this?

Guys, this is not a board for support requests, it was about the support page.

Anyway - wet content can be purchased after the dry version has been purchased.
The price will be lower for the price of the dry video.
Open the wet version and you should see the correct price.

I only went here to post as it suggests the option to do so. I chose this option as no one was replying to my query when I entered the support section.

No, it is not possible. Only if the studio themselves make such edits themselves. Then they would release them at pornbox for you to purchase.
