Girls do however say stuff like “Fuck me hard” which can have the same ultimate response. A girl saying rape me please I wouldn’t find hot, not because the fantasy bothers me but more because that makes no fucking sense.

For sure a bit of a psycho twist, but I don't think that rationality argument make so much sense in porn, it is the contradictions that make it hot, to play on the bounds a bit.

I don’t agree with this, I think part of what makes the porn that I enjoy hot is the lack of contradiction in a woman voluntarily signing up to have her limits tested, and then having her limits tested. While this might be similar to rape in some cases it doesn’t really qualify because they signed up for it and they can stop at any time (though there IS pressure to power through) I would think if you enjoy the rape fantasy you would rather see the woman struggle a bit rather than being like “Oh yeah, rape me harder daddy I LOVE being raped”

Well, to voluntarily signing up for free to have her limits tested, is a in it self a contradiction and not only in terms, in practical action. I also think you're a bit wrong, the producer inform the girls on what to do, before filming, so there is very few practical limits testing (and should not bee).
I only ask for some dirty talk, not limit testing (just sounds like semantic). It do not harm any one physical and mentally, if it is agreed up on before scene, some girls might even be in to saying it. If Anna De Ville can direct her own scene like it is a rapefantazy, she might be in to adding the dirty talk, also.
To test limits in what to do in a middle of a play ( for ex. adding some painful penetration) when the girl is in mixed feelings (horny), is for me more of real rape than to act out speaking in a playful kind of "word sallad", that was agreed and informed on before sex had started.

I'm sure they go over some basic stuff, especially including what acts will be performed like anal, etc, but this seems like a naïve view of porn. Even if they gave the actresses a play-by-play (Describing the dimensions of each cock and man, actor 1 will give 3 thrusts, and then have you blow him...you get the picture it is extremely unlikely) then she still can't know how it will be for her until she is in that moment, where there is obvious pressure for her to continue the scene and receive a paycheck. So yes, she can agree to something and still be uncomfortable with it when it is happening. For Anne De Ville specifically, there are really no limits to be tested, because her organs are already falling out of her ass, which is a pretty obvious medical condition regardless of her comfort during scenes. I wouldn't be surprised if she was on drugs during scenes. Obviously that's just speculation, but on the other hand I tend to believe that the human body isn't designed to take poundings like she takes just generally speaking, as evidenced by her prolapse. If she doesn't have any regrets now do we know she won't in 10 years when she has no control over her bowels (if she does now)?
Don't get me wrong, I'm still going to watch it, I just think we should be honest about the ethics of porn. You've created this fantasy in your mind where everything in porn is pleasurable, so that you don't feel any cognitive dissonance while you're jerking it. If you're not willing to admit that the boundaries are ever pushed, then I don't even understand why you would get off on a woman asking to be raped.
