there are so many situations as to make them look fresh and young again.

That said, I do think there needs to be something new when the regular girls are brought back, just for variety. This is why I'd encourage softer scenes, like in days of 2013-2017, the actors too had charisma & presence, not these nameless, faceless injected robots.

No, it is definitely not always the same 10 girls...they try to introduce new talents bit by bit. I would say that they have a rota of about 20 solid, profitable girls who they regularly turn to...but they certainly try to diversify as much as possible where it is realistic to achieve.
