Can no longer access account

I Can no longer access my account or any of the purchased videos in the account. I tried changing my password and logging in again, but still cannot access my account.

Hi, there are no restrictions on your account, you should be able to login.

However, there are multiple access points to your account. Either you are using a VPN or somebody has access to your account.
