Session expired

Website allows me to make purchases and then session expired pops up and logs me out. This occurs both on my ipad and brand new LG smart tv.

On my TV, No. Sometimes I use VPN on my ipad. I was able to log in on my ipad and view videos now but my on my TV it still says "session expired" immediately after logging in.
