Wie findet ihr es ,das jetzt beim Aufladen des Kontos. Mit (TKT) extra noch 19% drauf gemacht wird
Wird nix dabei geschrieben, bis man die mail aufmacht und es da steht..

Just noticed this too. I tried to buy 100 tickets, supposedly for 102 Euros. Then, when I clicked buy, the price suddenly was 150 Euros if bought with PayPal and 127 Euros when bought with credit card. No indication what this was for, but a fifty % fee for a PayPal purchase and 25% fee for credit card is ridiculous and something I have never seen. It amounts to fraud . I'm not going to buy anything from this site as long as this continues and prices aren't clearly communicated.

What is with these incredibly high additional charges? It is VAT, credit card/paypal extra charges on top of the base cost?

Is there anyway to get in touch with customer support, and if someone wanted to buy a large number of tickets e.g. 2000+ tickets in one go...is a there a way for this to happen and a discount to be applied?

Yes, I believe it's local sales tax being aded (VAT in UK). There have been muliple threads on this:

Provided it is just local sales tax I believe this is Pornbox getting in line with what they're legally required to but these costs should be clear at the time of purchase. I thought this had been fixed now from one post I'd seen but maybe not.
