New scripts and movies

I will write scripts and direct movies, wet Brazzers/Familystrokes type movies.
Have a Masters degree in Physics (72%Grade)
No experience but have been Watching/observing porn for 15 years
An assistant/camera guy(english speaking) who have experience in shooting porn videos & 100$/day that's all I need.
I want to make my own movies, but have no enough resource to do that. If anyone is hiring please tell me, thanks
