Cost increase due to VAT for Italian Customers

Last I buyed 120 tkt reload on July 29th the cost was of 78.38 €. I don’t rember If VAT was applied at the time. Today I wanted to buy a new reload of 120 tkt but the total cost has increased ho to 96.60 €, including 22% VAT. This cost increase is due to application of VAT or the tickets price itself has increased?

I notice the same, as customer from the Netherlands.
I find this very strange because then it seems we have never paid VAT for all previous ticket reloads.

same in UK, price listed has risen again, when clicking on purchase the price jumps to include VAT

100tickets listed as £66.97 then jumps to £80.36 so £0.80 per ticket

250 tickets listed as £147.42 then jumps to £176 so £0.70 per ticket

gone are the days of £0.50 per ticket deals

So with scenes goung up in price and tickets going up in price, I have to reduce my spend

Was VAT shown for you at the time of buying?


I happened to buy at old price and only upon checking my credit card a few days later it turned out they deducted 22% more. Very strange business practice! The more as in bill it states original price includes VAT if applicable.

Same for me , in Belgium , i was on the way to buy new tickets , but i cancelled when i saw the high price totally different of what they propose initialy . This is steal.

Its not stealing at all if it was indicated before you buy! Its just VAT added and money gets channelled back on states budget. We could also go further and say states provide services for our porn girls being born and risen. Its way fair to add VAT.
What is unfair is NOT informing about VAT incl. price initially.
A fair service and user goods provider would also write about price changes at least a few days in advance - and explain why they change.

Absolutely agree with you , why did they hide the final price ?

This is a bad problem because my reload payment screen is showing added taxes that aren't even right AFAIK

I travel a lot and sometimes accidentally leave my work connection open, etc. and the price showing is 25% higher for regions that absolutely do not have a tax that high on anything.
