The unique selling point of WonderToys is that it's the only studio offering male fisting and hard fucking with huge dildos. If you remove that then you have 15 minutes with an average didlo and some girl/girl fisting, it's nothing special and not worth the 4.7tks.

The main point you and many others are not understanding:
- the scenes at WT are priced correctly
- the scene from lets say "pro studio" are underpriced.

But that's the market price for LP content. My point was that when you can get an hour long scene with g/g fisting for anywhere between 5-8tkts (today GIO1869 6.5tkts), I think WT will struggle if it does 15 min scenes of the same action. With huge dildo fucking and b/g fisting it offers something the other studios don't, but without it there is no incentive to buy it instead of a longer scene.

I agree. I like the idea and the novelty but making the whole scene just about fisting and big toys are kinda lame. I would much more prefer to see 2 parters. Part 1 just toys and in part 2 toys + guys, it would be much, much better.

I am sure to you, it does seem that way. Nothing is "underpriced" if you sell enough of it. It is strictly about profit, and at the end of the day, if you can milk it, good for you.
- the scenes at WT are priced correctly, for the studio to make a profit, but the duration, content and creativity are not there for me as a customer.
- the scene from lets say "pro studio" are underpriced. Sure, if WT sold like hotcakes, and I doubt they are, it certainly would make other content "seem" underpriced.

We are at the point that sales are not the only reference anymore.
R.O.I (return of investment) in percentage will start counting lot.
Invest 5000, hold a scene for 3 months to get 1000$ profit
Vs
Invest 500, hold the scene for 10 days to get 500$ profit
To chose what content to shoot will be the game change

I struggle to believe the stats are anything like this, though.
i have followed your work and your comments online since way before you came to LP. I know you have shelved other projects because they weren't making a profit. I followed you here from your first video. I followed your output here AND the comments you have made along the way.
I know, because you have said, that from the start here you turned a profit and that LP revolutionised your porn output because finally there was a model that allowed you to do so.
I know, because you have said, that you were making a profit on scenes back when each scene was half or less as many tickets as they are now and tickets themselves were cheaper to purchase.
I know, because you have said, that you expanded your business here, could afford to hire other people to shoot scenes under your name, could expand to bigger and even more windowless and characterless sets; could start producing multiple scenes per day with you in an executive role. Few porn producers ever make the revenue to do that.
I know, because you have said, that LP has gone from strength to strength with frequent assertions that it has more members buying more scenes than ever before.
So whilst your mathematics is unquestionably reasonable here Giorgio the example you give, where a scene filmed now making many more sales at a far higher price in a ticket "currency" that is itself more expensive to purchase .... that somehow it may take three months to make a 20% return would suggest that three years ago you would have had to be producing videos at a huge and unsustainable loss and to have done so for three or four years unending. I mean I get the logic of your reasoning (and admire the blunt and honest hard-nosed business honesty) but the example you give shouts out "please, pretend you have never read the myriad comments I have made over the years about profit, sales increasing etc"

The market changes and the strategy have to change accordingly.
The strategy that was profitable 3 years ago, it has been slowly tuned day by day.
Also, changes in the market maybe bring to change your strategy almost totally.
The main point is follow the market and work accordingly, do not stuck with what was good yesterday but every try to understand how you can learn from yesterday and adapt it to tomorrow.
Said that, I produce videos that lose money, several of them. Even knowing the market very well, you can not avoid to make mistakes, but it is from mistakes you learn how to do better.
Stuck on smt because it was good yesterday is not smart, you need every time to assume the market can change when you do not aspect it and be ready for it. This makes the difference and the consequence is to do different that before.
I find it very normal.
We are not driving the market, we are surfing a wave. To keep staying on the wave we need to keep balance accordingly to the wave.
I guess you get me.
