Why to the payment method decline my Visa?

I cannot use paypal because i have a new phone number and they send the verification code to the old number.
So i try to use my Visa to buy, but still (after years) the payment method decline my purcase. Can you please help?

Normal working hours for desk jobs is monday-friday (9-5).
There is only 1 person doing support: Kapwn.
If you click on his name you will notice that he logged off on friday 4:35pm:

So, wait for normal work days/hours for him to come online again before getting impatient.

Hello. The error we have received is "Transaction not permitted for cardholder"

Please check with your bank if they are blocking transactions towards gtfcharge.com
