I think it's a bug due to some technical error these videos didn't appear in pornbox.
I also hope that these errors will not appear in the future

In all likelihood, this issue has not been addressed. Support doesn't want to do it.
Two more videos have been added today, in which 1080 and 4k versions are missing.

This is ridiculous! Bare minimum post a full list of scenes that don't have those options available or say so on on the scene descriptions so people can avoid buying them. It's like playing Russian roulette right now. I don't bother watching anything under 1080p. These scenes I've purchased with this issue are abolutely useless to me.

Has anyone been able to confirm if the hightlight tags are accurate? I see many recent scenes are missing the 4K tag. This seems like a potential clear way to identify scenese to avoid purchasing but I don't really want to waste my credits testing this. I am also skeptical that is accurate because in some instances the 4K highlight is present on 1 part of a 2 part scene or the Dry version of a scene but not the wet version. Seems like the entire scene would be impacted but hard to say without knowing the actual cause of the bug. Also some of the scenes listed on this thread as missing the 4K and 1080p options do have a 4K tag currently -- but maybe those were fixed and didn't have them at a point in time?

I can confirm that the two scenes I've purchashed with the issue (GIO2033 both Wet and Dry, and GIO2031 both Wet and Dry) are missing the 4K tag. If anyone has any insight to share here it would be appreciated. Since support has done nothing to educate us on which scenes are impacted or how to spot scenes missing these options before spending credits, maybe we can collectively come up with a way to do this and do part of their job for them.

*To be clear, I am talking about the tags that display when you click the carrot at the top right of the page and the sliders under 'Highlights'.
